We will be demonstrating our patented Model 56 Spacesaver in-line wire drawer in production with a cold forming machine. RMG supplies In-line wire drawers for .030” (0.75mm) to 1.375” (35.0mm) diameter, mechanical descalers, uncoilers, recoilers, including continuous feeding systems for the wire products and fastener industries; complete integrated systems for processing hot-rolled rod into descaled, drawn, straightened and cut pieces for the wire and concrete industries; and clutchless wire straightening and cutting machines featuring stationary and flying shears.

EXHIBITORS
NAKASHIMADA – Will have a NP-81 (8mm 2-die/3-blow) running a part featuring their fingerless transfer.
RMG – Will demonstrate a model 56 wire drawer feeding finished wire to the Nakashimada NP-81.
ANGOR – Will display a magnetic unloading conveyor feeding into an inline parts washer as well as a 600 series bucket loader.
DIMAC – Will have their SPC-Lab first piece inspection equipment on display. Bring a sample part for a demonstration of how the system works.
SACMA MACHINERY – Will present the new SP-670-AS a new 6 die (M33) cold former designed to produce hollow and solid special parts. Sacma will also introduce their new SP-470 CRM 6-die (M20) with 220 tons of heading tonnage and their S-feed concept for the Warm Formers.
INGRAMATIC – Will present their new RP-72 (M12-M22) flat die thread roller with the capability of handling shanks up to 370 mm. Also presenting their RP-62-VP with a feed system that not only feeds screws but studs on the same machine. Ingramatic now has vision control incorporated to insure 100% rejection of bad blanks before threading.
IMPAX-PTG – Will display the newest versions of the Impax / SK 200 & 4C Enhanced Envelope Monitors as well as the Impax TSS Shop Floor Monitoring System.
AIM – Will demonstrate a CNC wire bending machine.

Rockford Manufacturing Group will be demonstrating the use of in-line wire drawing to consolidate wire inventory. Utilizing our In-Line Wire Processing Solutions is the definition of Lean Manufacturing.
You can reduce inventory, improve productivity, have greater flexibility and most importantly reduce total cost. Our “High Speed” Model 67 wire drawer will process, in-line to the AIM CNC bending machine, .312” starting diameter wire into a finished product made from .250” wire.
